Ground Floor Extension
Mat and Hollie came to us for their single-storey rear extension. The back of the house had been extended many years ago, but the layout didn’t work for their needs as they weren’t able to fully utilise the dining room and pantry area to the full and enjoy the outlook onto their garden.
They came to us with a brief to create an open plan kitchen, living and dining room as well as a new Utility / Boot Room based on their architects drawings. In particular they wanted to be able to make full use of the space opening out onto the garden and also included a flat, green roof in their plans.
The project took around 18 weeks to complete and we undertook all ground works, new flat, green roof and supplied and fitted new bi-fold windows and doors. We also fitted a new kitchen and downstairs bathroom supplied by the customer, and worked with our team of suppliers to lay under floor heating, plastering, instal smart lighting and complete all plumbing works.
Ground Floor Renovation
Our recent ground floor renovation is now completed. We’ve taken it all back to brick to create a new living room, kitchen-diner, utility room. Installed new doors, windows, underfloor heating, handrail and spindles and more! It’s been a true transformation!
